Monika graduated from Irene's Myomassology Institute of Michigan, she worked for 3 Chiropractors in Michigan and worked at a SPA in Sarasota for the last 6 years.

The mother of 4 children and 9 grandchildren, Monika was born in Germany, but lived most of her Life in the Greater Detroit area in Michigan. She has been visiting Bradenton since 1985 and decided to leave the cold northern winters behind in October 2009 and move here permanently.

Her passion is Exercising (P90X) and Stretching and her goal is to deliver a relaxing and muscle stimulating massage along with specific stretching techniques, hopefully eliminating stress and pain. Monika will also teach you how to stretch yourself to keep you more flexible and healthy.
